I am a well-rounded audio-visual professional with over 30 years of experience. My career began from the ground up, transporting gear for an AV company in 1989, where I quickly learned how to correctly and efficiently set up equipment. This allowed me to operate equipment for meetings and shows. My many years of hands-on experience took my role from crew member to Technical Director to Project Manager and then to Account Manager. In 2000, I became an Account Executive with a new company, managing approximately 15 clients, and my network grew from there. In 2021, I started Diversified Staging, a full-service audio-visual company based in Chicagoland. My team and I are passionate about providing exceptional gear and service. We aim to grow Diversified Staging by going above and beyond to help our clients succeed. 

 Galen Price is an energetic and strategic technical director and project manager with expertise in the execution of multimillion-dollar operations. For over 25 years, his skill in technical design, risk management, budget forecasting and tracking, visual effects, scenic construction & installation, vendor management and overhead rigging has maximized his clients bottom line results and ensured an optimized event environment. Galen has years of experience working within the confines of the OSHA, NFPA, NEC, ANSI and ESTA standards.  

I am a passionate event professional with five years of valuable planning, guest services and communications experience across a variety of segments within the hospitality and event industries, including hotels, theme parks, school, live entertainment, athletic, corporate and social events. After earning my Bachelor of Science Degree in Event Management and a minor in Mass Communications from the University of Central Florida, I entered the production world to explore my passion for live events. My first role as a Production Assistant with a Corporate Production company based in Orlando taught me the basis of the Audio Visual side of the event industry, and I am looking forward to growing with Diversified Staging as its new Senior Production Coordinator.
